FAQ

Will BVR provide delivery?

Absolutely!!!!! When a customer opts to have BVR deliver their items, BVR will gladly load and unload all items as part of our delivery and set-up service.

Can I pick up the items myself?

Yes! Smaller pieces and some furniture are available for renters pick up. There is a $200 minimum for all pick ups. Any furniture larger than an armchair must be delivered by a BVR employee.

How does payment work?

BVR requires a 50% non-refundable retainer fee to reserve your date and selections. Final payment is due 15 days prior to your event.

Do you require a security deposit?

Yes. A check for the security deposit must be submitted with your final payment. BVR will return the check within 15 business days pending everything is returned in good condition.

What is the rental period?

Rental drop off and pick up is customized and unique to fit your schedule. Dates are established and coordinated with the customer during the contract process. Currently, we do not offer rentals outside of a 24-hour time frame.

Do you have a minimum order amount?

Yes, we have a $300 minimum (excluding taxes + fees) for delivery in the Columbia area. For orders being picked up by renter will have a $150 minimum. Orders outside the Columbia area require a minimum of $500 before taxes, delivery and service fees. If you need us to travel further than 75 miles give us a call lets us know where and we will see if we can get it to you. Plus, we are always ready for a new adventure!

What happens if its broken?

Being a mom of two boys I know things happen! However, all rented items are your responsibility from the time of delivery/ pick-up/drop-off the next day.
Upon delivery, our staff will do a walkthrough of all rented pieces. (Kinda like when you rent a car). Please notify our staff if anything looks out of place or is missing from you order, if no problems are noted we will mark the rental as received in good condition.
Most of the pieces at BVR are one-of-a-kind, so we ask that they are always taken great care of and protected from mother nature.
Fees for broken or unreturned items will be charged at 3 times their rental rate to cover replacement cost.
